Guest Artists Wanted

Policy

All guest artists are required to obtain the necessary licenses and permits mandated by the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) before commencing any tattooing activities in our studio. It is the artist's responsibility to comply with all local health and safety regulations. Each guest artist is required to obtain their own artist insurance coverage. This insurance must cover any potential liabilities or accidents that may occur during the course of tattooing activities within the studio. By agreeing to work as a guest artist at Black Diamond Tattoo Shop, the artist and their clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Diamond Tattoo Shop, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the artist’s activities within the studio. Guest artists are expected to respect the studio space, equipment, and staff. The studio should be left in the same condition as it was found. By booking you acknowledge and agree to these requirements. Bookings subject to approval.
